Collins Nweke is a thought leader in diaspora engagement and economic diplomacy. Based in Belgium, he has extensive experience working with diaspora organisations, policymakers, and international institutions. He has written broadly over the past two decades and contributed commentaries on TV and Radio on global affairs. His expertise in public policy derives from his 18 year stint (3 terms) elective position as Green Party Councillor at Ostend City Council Belgium, where he served out his final term in December 2024. This combined with practical engagement in diaspora affairs as former Chief Executive / Executive Secretary of Nigeria’s official Diaspora body and later as board chairman, position him uniquely to author this work. As a first-time author, Collins brings fresh insights grounded in lived experience and professional analysis.
